CELLULA-V for Visualising Process Capability (£775)
QuickTour | Features List | Download | Purchase

With CELLULA-V, you can establish the critical quality and performance attributes for your manufacturing process - and visualise its overall capability. CELLULA-V is equally relevant to processes that are under development, or in routine use, or indeed, those that are in transfer to routine use. For pharma companies, you'll find it supportive of your quality goals under the Process Analytical Technology (PAT) Initiative. Companies in other sectors will find it supportive of their own Quality by Design programmes.
There are CELLULA-V tools to support you as you proceed through the stages of:
- Investigating Factors and Attributes
- Testing for Robustness, Optimisation and Verification
- Tuning the Process Performance
- Assessing Risk
CELLULA-V provides the ability to visualize, from the mass of raw data, the current and desired state of your process. This is a key enabler for those who are charged with making data-driven decisions for process management and improvement.
CELLULA-V Quick Tour
1. Select your Process Data
Ensure that your process data is in Excel in simple list format - with Factors and Attributes as columns and with Runs/Batches/Experiments as rows. Then select CELLULA>Dashboard>View from the CELLULA menu on your Excel menu bar - and complete the dialogue box. That's all you need to do before hitting OK to create the CELLULA-V results pages.
2. Campaign Overview
Obtain an overview of your progress towards your process goals via the Summary Stats and the Process Performace chart - which provides a visual representation of the mean and variability within each of your campaigns (or work packages).
3. Variation Analysis
CELLULA-V calculates the relative sizes of the components of variability within your data, so that you can identify and isolate (for example) the variation between samples/runs and between campaigns/work-packages. You also have a t-test contrast tool to help you assess the change in response between any pair of campaigns.
4. Control Charts
You'll find the series of control charts in CELLULA-V particularly useful if you are tracking a process that is already in routine use. The range of control charts that are produced help you to identify small, but potentially significant, changes within your upper and lower specification limits.
5. Process Capability Metrics
You can quantify how your process - and the individual Factors and Attributes - is performing relative to the overall (or inividual) specification limits. You can obtain overall Sigma and other performance values - and express the overall capability within a single desirability (or sigma) value.
6. Setting Specifications
You are also provided with visual interval calculators for Confidence Interval, Prediction Interval and Tolerance Interval to assist you in setting specifications for future batches that take account of the reliability of the mean of your current data.
7. Additional Capabilities
You can read here the full list of CELLULA-V's feature and functions.
