Advance Booking Discount
Book and pay for any course 6 weeks in advance and qualify for a 10% discount! Please note that with this offer your place is non-refundable and non-transferable (although we do allow substitutions if you'd like to send a colleague in your place).
Multiple Booking Discount
If you book and pay for more than one delegate on the same course at the same time (or a single delegate on multiple courses), then we'll reduce your total price by 10%!

Academic rates
If you currently work or study, either full or part-time, in education, you may be eligible for our special academic rate. Please get in touch for further details. Please note that the number of workshop places available at this special rate are limited.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that plans sometimes change, so we offer the following cancellation policy (not applicable when applying the advance booking discount):
- More than 4 weeks' notice: 100% refund
- 2 to 4 weeks' notice: your choice of 50% refund or 100% credit
- Less than 2 weeks' notice: 50% credit
All places can be substituted with no penalty, so you're always welcome to send a colleague in the event of you being unavailable.
Please note that we occasionally deliver public workshops in collaboration with external partners, in which case their T&Cs may apply - this will be stated when booking your course online.
